Got to admit, I can't know what in the world he was thinking, unless he simply has gotten his bag, and isn't planning on running again. He only gets voted in because he ain't a Democrat, but that ship has likely sailed now. This a fuggin backwoods redneck area, but the extreme influx of Yankees into Horry County (Mytrle Beach), not to mention the black population, can swing this district in a heartbeat.
