Ballistic Products has shot and load data. The real good stuff comes from small business types who work out load recipes. The best place IMO to buy from is the fella who worked out the load you want to try.

x2 on Hal. He has large and small TSS along with good load data to go with it.

I still have some BB in stock. It’s heck on long range coyotes, hogs, and deer.

Pellet count, tight patterns, deep penetration and bone busting ability.

It’s heavier than heavy shot which preformed pretty darn good.

I.e. - what MOGC said... now you have to wait for them to go on sale like most of us do smile

tighter patterns can mean longer rang right?

Well... don't know about that. Certainly further than lead or Hevi Shot.

Can you give some detail to this?

Have a good friend that uses it for coyotes. He swears by #2 shot. Killed quite a few coyotes with it. He's running a 2 3/4" 12ga. Shell.

It wasn't TSS but I've killed a coyote over 100 yards with discontinued Federak HW15-BB. By far my longest shotgun poke. I was in a hurry and misjudged the range. The gun patterns well at 85 yards on paper.

Details were posted over on GN.
https://www.gobblernation.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=21002

Note Spuriosity's follow up post regarding ballistics in that thread.
"I misspoke on the drop for HW15 BB @ 110 yds. It is 30", not 36" (misread as HS instead of HW15) with 3.97" penetration (1300 fps).

Lead 3Buck is almost identical with 29.43" of drop and 4.1" penetration (1300 fps)."

Some states require lead free ammo. I have some in 12ga but never got to try it out.

There are some videos on youtube of shooting BB into ballistic gel at 100. I can't recall the counts but I believe he was getting 3+ strikes in a 6" square(it only takes one....).

I've a friend that claims over 100yd performance on hogs as well. Keep in mind you have to allow for trajectory.

I shoulder shot a yote with 9s Saturday and she was stone dead on the spot with no flopping.

I've 4, 2, and BB in stock currently. I keep 4s to use if I must on a hog or yote out of the turkey choke, but I prefer 2 and BB in an extended Imp Cyl choke. It's pretty easy to swap loads and chokes when I hear the pigs around. We can legally carry 2 here in turkey season, which will kill hogs way out.
