If not on sale. Wooo wee, they try to break it off with 2.49 lb. I always have about 10-12 butts in shop freezer. Get strange looks at the market when you pile 15 or so butts in a cart.

If I buy a big chunk of the Tillamook at the Costco my wife eats it and complains I'm trying to fatten her up. Them folks in WI must have migrated there from NW PA. Those folks thought garlic in the pasta sauce made it too "spicy". Salt and a little black pepper was about all they could handle on their head cheese and scrapple.
