Fiber optic irons help, but nothing beats good glass in barely legal light. We couldn't scope our muzzle loaders until recently in MN. It's a lot easier now. I probably wouldn't have taken the shot at the bonus tag doe I shot this year with my iron sighted Knight. Bang-flop with the CVA+scope.
