Yes, chicken, Miraculous Whop, onion, celery, salt and pepper, a bit of mustard - NO picking frickles or nuts&bits of nut hull.

I like good chicken salad sandwiches, although they are not all created the same. Wife likes them all loaded up with a variety of stuff, me not so much.

I take it for lunch.
A $5 rotisserie chicken from the Sams club will last for 2 weeks. I split it in half. Freeze half for the next week.

For chicken salad, start with some leftover Bojangles white meat and do like Boise. No kidding.

Sounds weird, but a shot of ginger ale mixed in is damn good. Mayo, onion, celery, chives ginger ale, a little cream horseradish.

Mayonnaise, sweet relish, finely chopped onion, celery, garlic, black pepper, and a dash of cayenne is my recipe. It don't last long at my house. We add a couple drops of lemon juice. And if it's roasted chicken, chop up some of that thin crispy breast skin!

Thigh meat’s the best.
Chicken, Duke’s, relish, celery, chopped HB egg, salt and pepper, squirt of mustard. Same for turkey and tuna. You can slice the egg and put it on top if you prefer. Leave out the mustard if you leave out the eggs.
Spiced shrimp, celery, Duke’s, for shrimp salad.
What fresh Hell is this?
