We hear conditions out there are a bit slow. Anyone want to lend an opinion? We have been hunting there for 20 years and have yet to cancel a trip. We just don’t want to head that way if nothing is flying.

Killed 3 ducks in 3 days last week! Full moon didn’t help but it was tough sledding in NE Arkansas for us and everyone else we talked to. Ducks were stale, but having said that, new ducks were pushing in on Thursday when we left. Best of luck if y’all go! Hope this helps with your decision.

Was there 1-4th and after nearly 10" of rain south of Stuttgart they were so spread out it was really tough. We averaged 4-5 birds per trip. Had one day where we killed 8 and one with 30. Ducks were there......just poor conditions. Still lots of old birds that didnt work well either. IMO.

It's poor. A bit better than the last few seasons but still really poor.

It's getting hard to be a duck hunter in the south. Just not getting weather like we did even 7-8 years ago. Migration is almost non existent anymore.

I would agree 100%. Overall conditions have certainly changed over the past several years. We still have good days here and there, but they are not as frequent. I just wish we could figure out what the new migration patterns are. Very few ducks in my area of N.C. right now. We seemed to have plenty in November and December.
