I have an old 244 Rem take off barrel from a Model 700. 1:10 twist.

How heavy of a bullet should it stabalize?

A 10 twist will work up to 100 gr. bullets

I have seen 2 244’s that shot 100 gr. All others shot 90 -85 gr best . Your gun will tell you ! Good luck

The 95 grain Nosler hits a sweet spot and should be no problem in a 1-10" twist. Forgot what the original twist was but I think 1-12" which relegates you to 90 grain or less spitzers. A1-10 will work for most all 100 grain bullets but not heavier. Monos could be an exception but C&C should be fine.
