Looks like burger. Raw, it smells like nothing you’d want to eat, and you definitely don’t want to give it a sniff while it’s cooking. Once cooked, it tastes like burger, more or less. With some cheese and ketchup on a bun, some would never notice the difference between it and cheap beef like you get at a fast food place. Definitely better than the regular veggie burgers like Boca Burger that tastes like recycled Stove Top Stuffing with liquid smoke added. I could eat this in a pinch, as long as I didn’t have to smell it first. Fortunately, I ain’t in a pinch. What fresh Hell is this?

We use Kikkoman, but the wife also buys some darker stuff that’s really strong when we can find it. Funny, but she never heard of fish sauce until I bought some; not common in Northern China apparently. What fresh Hell is this?
