Probably spurred by the recent video of his 27 square mile 1.5 billion dollar retirement estate released by Alexei Navalny.
The release of the video landed Navalny in jail, when will this guy ever learn?
On 20 August 2020, Russian opposition figure and anti-corruption activist Alexei Navalny was poisoned with a Novichok nerve agent and was hospitalized in a serious condition.
Of course Putin denies the retirement claim and ownership of the estate but it's a nice pad no matter the owner.
Putin has denied ownership of a host of homes in the past that have ended up proven to be his.
This one has been under construction for 15 years and has some sorta special legal descriptions making it it's own country inside of Russia which allows it to be governed by its owner.
