Who still makes a rifle int he 17 MAch 2. And has anyone seen any around lately.....I know, I know..... But maybe you have.

I saw a Savage Mk II FV in a LGS about two weeks ago, they wanted right around $325 for it.

I saw a Savage Mk II FV in a LGS about two weeks ago, they wanted right around $325 for it. I saw one at a LGS a while back for $249, went back to grab it a few days later and it was gone unfortunately.

I also have a friend wanting to try a 17 Mach2 and I have been looking for him - I have NOT found anything on a rack in a long time now.

It's a fun round and I'm fortunate to say I have a few rifles in the chambering, as well as a Volquartsen that I should've kept...
Keep an eye on Guns International, as there are occasionally a few that pop up. The most recent one I saw was an Anschutz 1502...it looks like it sold so I guess that means mine is worth a lot more these days!

I had Brian Voelker re-barrel a LH 581 to 17HM2 and do his rimfire magic on it. I’m very pleased with it.
There are 2 rules to success:
1. Never tell everything that you know.
