Just watching Life Below Zero: Next Gen. What cartridge is this? I think I can just make out a belt, I think it's a .375 H&H - what say you?

Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Give a man a welfare check, a forty ounce malt liquor, a crack pipe, an Obama phone, free health insurance. and some Air Jordan's and he votes Democrat for a lifetime.

If there's no belt that would be my guess also, but as I said, I think I can just make out a belt.

400 Whelen maybe.
I do not see a belt but I am just on my phone.
Not enough taper in my opinion for the H&H. Also looks like a medium rim IE .473
It is definitely not a 9,3 Mauser... the bullet is clearly bigger than 366
If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

Might also be a 375 Whelen.

9.3x62 was my guess. Doesn’t look like a belted case

9.3x62 was my guess. Doesn’t look like a rimmed case These look just like 18,5gm Norma Oryx I used to shoot through my 9,3x62.

It seems likely that subsistence Alaskans would choose a commonly available cartridge. In the 15 seasons of the old show, and what I've seen of this new one, I've never seen any of them reload ammunition - not that they don't, but the producers of the show have never shown it.

Wondered that myself. Appears too short and too straight walled for a 375 H&H. That and no belt on the case. Also he is using a 1895 Winchester and the action is too short for a 375. My guess is some wildcat off a 30-06 case since the 1895 will handle that length case.

It’ might Mainers wildcat he necked a 9.3x62 to a .411 or just his standard 9.3x62 he uses I think he’s using swift a frames in it these days.
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.
