Helped a buddy wire up his new boat and when I was leaving he said he had something for me. He came back from his basement with an old mini Big Green Egg. It was his late brother in laws. I was pretty excited. It’ll look good next to the others

That’s why there’s no BGEs on the shelves.

That’s why there’s no BGEs on the shelves. Bought the first large 12 years ago. Friend sold me the other large for $200 and I found the small 2 years ago on a local classified site for $200. There are times where I have all three rolling smoke

Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.
Maybe that’s a beautiful setup you have
Thank-you and I love your table, did you build it? I thought it was pretty ironic that we had the same number and sizes pictured, but I have changed things up a bit since that photo. We put a covered deck on so I sold one of my larges and an XL that wasn't pictured so I could have room for a 36" Blackstone griddle. You're going to have fun with that mini!! I have done a whole rack of St. Louis ribs on mine just to say I did it. I just curled them up in a spiral and tied them. There is a whole series of these 'magic mini moments" on youtube that mini owners have put together. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_DIshWuRLE&ab_channel=LeroyMcMillin

I wish that I would have just bought a stainless steel or powder coated table and been done with it. I usually spruce up the wood on my table in the spring and in the fall. I will give the ribs a try that sounds fun.
