My Ruger UL 257 doesn't like them either, picky little bitch.

My Robert’s shoots 100 TTXS over H-100V and 115 NBT over H-4350 into one hole groups. Partitions, inch and a half, both of those weights. So, I don’t need either of them.

Those are perfect if you have a short action .257 Roberts. I don't, but I try to keep a small pile of .257 bullets on hand so I ordered some of these a while back. My M77 Roberts doesn't shoot anything great, but seems to shoot everything fairly well. I've tried everything from 60gr RN meant for the .25-20 up to 120's. One of the best shooting was a load for coyotes 75gr Hornady HP over IMR4064. Partitions all shoot just a little over an inch.

thanks for posting the great prices , as far as group size 1 inch at a 100 yards with a hunting rifle is plenty good enough. Pete53

You’re right, good enough to kill a deer or most anything else.

But a Loony will be a Loony. We like tack drivers. Doesn’t make a lot of sense from a general hunting application. Other than we Loony types like to shoot little bitty groups with our pet rifles.

Blasphemy! But true. My better shooting rifles have got me asking if something is wrong if I shoot a group a whole inch big! How do you sight in with that? Heck that is 4 clicks across! Some of those bullets aren't touching!

Used the 120gr for elk and mule deer. They shoot into 1"+/- @ 100 yards. But, they shoot into almost the same size group at 200 yards.

Thanks for posting this. Ordered two boxes of the 115gr. I have 25 caliber bullets up the azzz but you can't go wrong at the price offered. The Roberts, 25/06,257 WBY 250 Savage something will shoot them. Probably should have bought more.

Have you tried the 90 grain Sierra HPBT Gamekings? This bullet has shot good groups in nearly every rifle that I've shoot them from. My Ruger 77s in 257 Roberts both have long throats and do better with bullet 110 grain and heavier. A friend had a #1 in 257 Roberts that had such a long throat that it wouldn't shoot anything to his standards, so he had it rechambered to 25-06 and groups were much improved.

The 140 SGK HPBT is the most accuate bullet in my Hart barreled 7-08. And a killer.

Not sure about the 90 gr. .257 version, but those Sierra bullets tend to be accurate and deadly on WT's.

BTW, went out to the shop, checked my .257 R data. It's the 115 NPT that shot over an inch, the 120's were sub inch. So I ordered 4 bags.

Don't look for them to last long at this price. Hope those who can use them, get some.

I like partitions a lot. But the 115 gr 25 caliber won't shoot well in my 25-06's or my 257 Bob.

Hmm. I've owned a bunch of .25 caliber rifles--multiples in .250 Savage, .257 Roberts, .25-06 and .257 Weatherby. The 115 has been the most consistently accurate of the three .25-caliber Partitions in all four cartridges.

How do 120’s shoot?

Have had good luck with them as well, but on average they haven't shot quite as well as the 115s.

Which if course may be chance. But the "data set" includes quite a few rifles.

My testing was with one rifle, but with a number of loads. The 115’s averaged over an inch, some 1 1/2”. The 120’s shot sub MOA on average, some 3/4”. And out of a Brux barrel that shoots 115 NBT’s and 100 TTSX’s into very small groups, occasionally one hole. Best NBT load was with H-4350, best TTSX load with H-100V. I’ve posted that data previously.
