Could you use a standard .243 Win. neck die or a Lee loader to size the neck? Or is the body blown out too big?

Lee used to custom ream their loaders. but I called them and get nothing but a busy signal.

I don't have a collet die. I really wanted to use a Lee loader but I figured the blown out case body may stick if the die is close to a standard .243 body size( even though it doesn't full length size).

The Lee Collet die is dirt cheap and a whole bunch faster and probably straighter than the old Lee Loader system....
