They are delicious in beef and noodles.
Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

I roasted some beef cheeks last week. They make excellent tacos.I like to top with onion, cilantro, jalapenos and key lime juice.I was a little skimpy on the meat here but that was all I had left.I love barbacoa tacos, but sometimes when you get them at a Mexican restaurant they can have a little funk to the taste,I'd really rather make my own.

Is that the same as beef jowls? I had them at a fancy restaurant once. Slow braised. Delicious.

I don't doubt they can be good cooked properly, I need to not buy meat faster than we eat it.

From what I can gather, you generally have to braise them low and slow. Any recipe for short ribs would likely work fine.
