Leupold has always had good CS in the few times ive used it. Cant say anything bad about that, but ive found the actual optics to be meh, nothing special, and ive had a few quality control issues. Theres better optics for sure out there and even some of the Asian stuff is better then Leupold but i question support and CS of them. Youll have to weigh that yourself.
Personally im still running old Nightforce NXS, an Burris XTRII 3.5x15, and plan on aquiring a Tract or Delta Stryker. Oh, i also have an old US Optic.
Bottom line is theres some options out there like weve never before had and some of the mud tier stuff is amazing.

I helped set up 4 lightweight custom 6.5 PRC’s all had the LHT. 1 of the 4 took a crap. The reticle turned 30degrees. This was after 60ish rounds. I shipped the scope back and had a new one within a week. So their customer service is prompt and quick. The other three tracked well and the glass is great. Sounds like everyone else has had good results. I know even the best scopes have a lemon here and there. This was also on the first release of the scopes so maybe one slipped through the crack.
I also really like the VH5HD 3-15 with firedot reticle. If vortex had the illuminated dot on their reticle it would be ideal. I would not call the LHT daylight bright and the illumination bleeds on highest settings.
If your not needing the reticle for wind calls I like the vx5hd reticle for a better all around hunting scope.

All scopes can and do break occasionally. There is no way around that.
I have two 1.5-8x32 HD LH scopes and two HD-LHT scopes: 3-15x42 and 3-15x50.
The small HD LH sits on my 300WSM BLR and the other one is set up as back-up for it. The gun set up this way is super handy.
The 3-15x42 sits on a 280Rem Tikka.
The 3-15x50 needs a home. I will de doing a review of the Savage Impulse Predator in 6.5 Creedmoor, so maybe that will be an appropriate gun for it.
So far, none of these have skipped a beat. Vortex did a good job with the LHT scopes. Optical performance overall is very good. Weigh tis moderate. The scopes are easy to get behind.
Return rates for these are extremely low, but we'll see how they stack up in the future.

ILya Have you done any tracking tests to see how accurate they track?

More Razors for me. More VX6HD for me. No more NXS for me. No more Zeiss for me.

Too heavy 1953 Win M70 30-06, I rebarrelled with Shilen #3 select match stainless, painted black, Brown Precision stock, 2.5x10 NXS In 2016 I shot a buck with the 25-06 and shot (2) antelope with a Rem700 I rebarrelled to 6mmBR with VX2 3x9x40, a much lighter rifle.

Razor HD LHT 3-15x42, Weight 19.1 oz Nightforce 2.5-10 X 42 NXS, Weight 20.5 oz 1.4 oz is really cutting it close if you think ones to heavy.

Look further into the Tract. Schott glass and well built. I know you'll like it. I prefer it over all your other choices. I've owned them and used them..

I getting a new browning rifle in 6.8 western to be my lightweight hunting rig. These are the 3 scopes I'm considering due to weight. This will be a 500 yard hunting rifle for the open western states. My questions are which is better for dialing? Which reticle would you choose for first or last light? Which glass is best. I own just for comparison sake a vortex razor lh 3-15 g4 retlicle don't like the dot though , a zeiss v4 4-16 zmoa2 I think it is about perfect, nightforce shv 3-10 forceplex ill ok wish it had wind holds and nxs 3-15 moar reticle not a big fan for multiple reasons. So with that said any advise from those of you that own these 3. Personally for me, I will go with Leupold Vx5hd scope, the quality of the browning rifle in 6.8 is awesome.
