I bought this new, at Bass Pro Shop, on New Year's Eve, and I fired exactly 60 rounds through it. The rifle shoots just fine, but I've decided to build a 22 Creedmoor on the other action, instead. It has a 26" heavy barrel and a 1-12" twist (presumably). I never checked the twist-rate, and it wasn't printed on the box. I'd like $550, shipped, for the .223 Varmint. Thanks for looking. Thoroughly enjoying Alaska since 2001.
