I’m almost 68, had mine ripped out at 5, remember my throat being sore as hell.

Only had top two wisdom teeth. They got pulled at age 40.

64 no tonsils or wisdom teeth, tonsils came out in early teens, wisdom teeth 20s or 30 s, don’t remember.

Just shy of 65 and i have my tonsils. All of my wisdom teeth too but one of those is still shy.

I was about 6 years old and as I exited the school bus at home I saw our veterinarian, Dr. Parker was in our barn lot.
They had a young stallion sedated and tied up on the ground for a castration. I asked "Whatcha doin', Doc?"
Doc replied, "I'm taking out his tonsils!" as he threw the colts testicles over his shoulder.
Fast forward a few weeks, I've got a bad sore throat. My folks take me to the family doctor.
They didn't understand why I was so hostile about the idea of having my tonsils removed!
BTW I still have 'em!

Yep, still have them. No Appendix however.. Lost my Appendix at 12 with all the Lymph nodes in my stomach as well I asked the Doc if I could have them in a Jar. My Mom said absolutely NOT.

Funny, both my doctor and dentist growing up were MASH unit guys. They did not do a thing until absolutely necessary, the doctor being a dear friend of the family and who I am named after (long story there). Clearly why I have somewhat bent teeth as my wisdoms came in forcing them all together. They work and he knew my folks would have struggled paying the bill.
Conduct is the best proof of character.
