In certain cases and for some people some debt is prudent I could pay it off any time I want to, but when I’m paying like 1.5% after tax the only reason I’d do that was if writing the check every month somehow became a hassle. If mortgage interest suddenly wasnt tax deductible I MIGHT pay it off. But 30 year money at roughly 3% pre tax is stupid to pass up if you’re fiscally responsible

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

And for me, forget being a Paramedic or an over the road truck driver, my two careers. Take the other course at the VoTech school, heat and A/C tech.
