The explanation for inequality is quite simple. Blacks are dumber and more violent than other races. Not all of them but they do tend in that direction. Instead of training us to "be less white," they should train blacks to be less black.

Hiring for diversity is a poison.

You should hire based on ability and if it ends up being a diverse group, so be it. Everybody expected to do their job....a common trait. Can build successful teams from that.

When i hired in a black lady from the main office had a presentation....and it was a bit racist ( pro black ).
Of course she started off w a prayer.

So on break i went and had a talk w her.

She waa tone deaf on actual diversity and used aome words incorrectly......for spin.

She was stunned. And I still have a job. Had she given me any chit Id have complained to national.
