Now days in the social media world friends means acquaintances.
Ppl brag about having 1500 FB friends. No you don’t. Maybe that many ppl you crossed paths with. That many ppl you want to be accepted by.

I only have few good friends, and most of them live an hour or two away. The product of having moved so often for most of my life.
