Just alter a Milsurp. Solder in a "V" shaped piece of mild steel into the bottom of the "V" in the Milsurp CP. Dress it up and done.

If that's too much effort, keep an eye on Ebay, they come up often. Be aware though that there are many types of "Commercial" CP's. FN alone has 3 variants with the flat bottom. Interarms, has 2 versions. Make sure you know which one you need.

I don’t have the ability to alter a Milsurp myself. I will keep my eye out on EBay

Don't apologize too hard. Every time I read the thread I was thinking "bolt shroud".

So,what is it? Do you need a cocking piece or a bolt shroud?

Mark X bolt shroud should fit it. I put one on an FN quite some time ago and another on a K98 and they worked fine. A bit tight on the thread fit, but a buddy let me in on the installation technique if they are tight- put some valve grinding compound or something similar on the threads and work the shroud on and off for about an hour while watching TV and it will slowly fit itself to the threads or vice versa... then take it off, clean it up and oil it...
