As I've said before, Alzheimer's dementia takes no prisoners. Xiden is fading rapidly, perhaps already in late Stage Four or Early Five of the Seven Stages of Alzheimer's dementia that are listed by the physicians and psychologists who study dementia disorders. His handlers are manipulating everything he says and does.
His dementia symptoms were already quite apparent before he was nominated but the Marxist powers-that-be knew they could manipulate him any way they chose ... and they knew they could have him select a Marxist Socialist inspired Vice President to take over virtually the first day after being sworn in. Ergo, Comrade President Harris.
The useful idiots marched in lock steps to the dictates of their masters and ignored Xiden's dementia. They still ignore it.
