,.....and just like that, the ice pack is gone. All vehicles unstuck and ready to go.

Good riddance. I bought a bottle of Italian sparkling wine for me and the wife to celebrate with.

The only good aspect of it is, my old tractor fired up in 15 degree weather after setting idle for a couple of months. I really didn't know what to expect out of that old tractor when I bought it. But it seems like it's going to be something I can depend on.

Anyway,...I'm *bad* ready for Spring. Fug this yankee weather.

We hit 50F yesterday with 50mph wind. Super dusty.

7 days prior it was -32F.

February can't make up it's mind, reminds me of March/April weather.

51F here after a nice day closer to 60 yesterday.

Tonight is forecast for 16F.

Freeze and thaw, freeze and thaw. For weeks now. And not enough moisture to make a dent in the drought. I was happy to see some water in the "frog pond" up the road last night though.

77 degrees here today. That is an 83 degree difference between the low last Tuesday and today’s high.

Either yesterday or the day before was the first time we got above freezing in a couple weeks or so. Tomorrow we should hit the low to mid 40's .

haha

It's dry here Richard, no mud to speak of, cracks in the ground... Had a little icy rain last night that settled the dust for today's wind.

We're looking at high 40s and rain this week. March is usually fairly dismal in Kentucky. But if a warm snap runs through the first 2 weeks of it, sometimes we can call it an early spring. I'm hoping these temps hold for about 2 more weeks. Winter hasn't been bad this year. But the last two weeks have been a nuisance.

75 here today and a sloppy mess, but most of the drifts are gone. I was hoping the ponds were open, going to get after some crappie with the boy, but I drove by on the way home and they were locked up still.
