Hmmm.....suspicious of such an adulteration.


Used properly the correct spices accent food, and there are others besides salt and pepper. Pork chops on their own don't carry near the amount of flavor of a piece of beef.

If you want to try something different, put them in a crockpot on low all day,, with a fair amount of kraut. Usually the thicker chops are better for this.

Not store pork.

Store meats are a neutral protein.

Brown well in big skillet, add in kraut,cover, cook for awhile. Maybe add in some apple slices.

Serve with potato pancakes.

Hot horseradish mustard optional for those that don't like it.
