That's because you have to go through G-Spot in order to get there.

Arizona also has Snowflake AZ....

Reading thru this I have to admit having been to more of those towns that I would have thought....

I can say that one night in Humptulips in Washington, when I was stationed at Ft Lewis, had a female class mate with me, when we were over on the Peninsula..
we spent the night in Humptulips on Beach.... that night I ended up Humping two lips, in Humptulips WA.....wonder how many can say that...

I've also Climaxed in Climax PA....

I've been at [bleep] Lake Idaho, when it was US 10 going thru there, and I 90 wasn't complete....yes, I did take a dump out in the woods there...

After I 90 was put thru all the way, the evidently got changed to 4th of July Pass, and 4th of July Lake...late 70s...

Shot gophers in Two Dot Montana....with a one dot rifle scope...

The State with a lot of really weird named mud hole towns is West Virginia...

I've got relatives in Buzzard's Run and Buzzards Holler in West VA.... and an aunt, who has passed at 90 y/o in Bozoo WVa...

Been thru a lot of other weird towns names in my travels..

not weird, there is a town called Florida in western Massachusetts on RT 2, in the Berkshires.....its at the top of a mountain..
but I've had pictures I've taken of the sign entering town.... Welcome to Florida, with 3 feet of snow on the ground...

I've been to Mexico Maine, and went out with a gal in college from Texas New York..... IIRC, there is also a Texas in Maine....

a lot more... fun thread....a vacation from F'd Up Politics

Plush in SE Oregon. Late 1800s poker game. Old Indian was excited about his hand and exclaimed, "I got a plush," That's the story...

Winnemuca NV.

Old Indian that had hopes for the benefits of white man's prosperity coming to his poor people, that, upon hearing about a group of whites coming, ran and lept (for an old Indian quite an accomplishment) onto his horse losing half his footware, thereafter to be known as Wannamucca, one moccasin. That's the story.

My town used to be named Sheep Dip. I plan on seeing if we can get the name changed back to it when they decide to [bleep]-can all of the towns in the US named after Christopher Columbus! It;s an indigenous thing you know!

Just curious - how did you manage to get down off that cross where Blondie left you?

Good grief, yes! Talk about senior moments; they are more and more like senior hours! How did you manage to get the gold out of there with the bag broken? I assume that you reburied it and came back later. Did you retire to the French Riviera, quietly set up a general store in some out of the way place, or what? smile

The flip side to this thread is cool town names. If I were from a town in northern Minnesota I would have no choice but to get a plain black business card with gold printing:
