Canadians, if you order from me, the price of the book is $18.95 CDN + shipping. Within Canada, Canada Post wants $5. Total, $23.95, all in. The books will be signed.

NOTE - amazon Canada orders. amazon charges based on the US price. Canadians ordering through amazon will be charged approximately $21.50. But if you order over $30 worth of stuff, shipping is free. It may or may not be cheaper to order through me.

US residents, the post office wants $11. Total $29.95 CDN, all in. Don't forget that the US dollar is worth more than ours. In USD, the price is about $23. all in.
