Seems the 3" K-frames have gained cult status. I like my old 10-8. Here it is in LAPD mode (DAO), when it was my off-duty gun. Great revolver. Might have to take it out tomorrow for a spin.

Current dress. I had a new hammer put in and added Pachmayrs. Great shooter and house gun.

You don't see many of these M12's. This one a -3 with the narrow frame. It goes 20 oz.

Nice revolver you have there, Hawkeye. What load where you shooting? Whatever it was it was shooting well and at point of aim. I like K frames too. They just feel right to me.

Thanks. Those rounds were Blazer 158 grain lead round nose (I have most of a case of them). Not a weak load, for .38 Special, either. Reproduces the feel of defensive ammo.

In a different time I would have to go out and get some of those. 😎👍

I love the 3" K-frames as well. The 13 falls just behind the 66 in my order of preference.

I've got a snubby 66, too, along with a snubby 19 (Combat Magnum). Classic S&W revolvers are fun to collect.

Nice! Add a grip adapter and it's good to go.
