Any idea why many folks' avatars have been removed and replaced with the first initial of their username? It happened perhaps 15 minutes ago, because shortly before that time my avatar was showing up properly and then all of a sudden was replaced with a gray "J" on a white background. I see many others are experiencing the same thing. I have since then re-uploaded the image but it seems a little odd this would happen.

I just leave mine as is, don't have to bother with all that changing back and forth. It seems to have happened to folks more than once.
