So what I meant about the jugs is do YOU have a way to sanitize and reuse jugs if your previous customers were to send empty ones back to you?

A couple good rinses with boiled water is all that's needed and like new jugs the hot syrup when filling pushes out any bacteria that might be left. Old caps are discarded and replaced with a new one with new seal and lock ring. The inside of the jugs are coated with something(forget the word used)so they're non porous to eliminate bacteria.

Thanks and yes it's going to get busy for a few days, tree's are thawing out good and should be running about full bore hopefully tomorrow. I got a call earlier and our jugs were suppose to be delivered this afternoon and can pick up in the morning so we will be bottling soon. Once I get them ready to pack I'll be contacting buyers.
