I have a new manufacture Winchester Model 1895 in 405 Winchester that I'd like to have a front sling barrel band put on and I'd like to have a quarter rib built and mounted that has integrated quick attach scope mounts like Leupolds built into it and also a express style rear sight. I know this might go against some of the lever gun purists but I think it'd be a awesome setup with a scout style scope setup. I'm building the rifle to take on a Spring Alaska brown bear hunt in 2022. I've always wanted to use a 95 405 on a big/dangerous game hunt. Let me know your guys recommendations if you have any or have worked with a good shop on similar work. Thanks

Thanks crshelton I have complete faith the .405 will do the job no problem as long as I do mine. I've read all of your posts about your .405 over the years and it has made me want to use mine more and more on a real hunt too.
