Jerry is the receiver D&T from factory on that year model? Yes, it is D&T from factory. I'm pretty sure Marlin started D&T all 39As after 1957 or so.

I have the original Marlin leather sling for this... and it's on my 39A that's the twin with this one including condition. Nice rifle and nice purchase, congrats!
