What if she had been demanding a wedding cake for her and her girlfriend? Could the private business refuse? Private business. Private property. Non-issue except for those looking for narrative. She should have worn the mask long enough to get her money and then given them the big FU. Apple and oranges. She was there to withdraw her own money. No it isn't apples & oranges. She is in the wrong. She should have followed the Bank rules and worn a mask. Period. Considering how much you keep saying she is in the right, is she your wife or a family member? You're reading comprehension is stunted. Enlighten us as to how she was in the right........

Maybe not.
Enforcing trespassing/intruding private property laws, not the mask mandate.
Banks says wear a mask on their property or you're not welcome. "Refuse the right to serve" signs abound, and even if not, if they asked her to leave and she didn't, that generally constituted trespass.
Many here on this forum think private property rights are basically inviolate. Does the bank have a right to say "No shirt, no shoe, no service"? Well, this bank apparently wants to add "No mask" to that list.
Do I think it could have been handled differently? Well duh, but the woman could have just walked out. And went and bought a mesh mask and come back in.

My bandana works then. Interesting, considering there are times a little "goodie" is in a pocket and they're asking me to cover up?

I like reading the responses from the sheep here, it gives great insight into what got us to this point. Good little sheep following stupidity right off the cliff....😂 So when a store posts a sign that says "no shoes, no shirt, no business" you ignore it, kinda like this woman did? Or when the doctor tells you you need a tetanus shot booster, you ignore it? Or are you just being a keyboard warrior? Yes!.....I ignore stupidity (however I decided to reply to question) I ignore “rules” or “laws” that aren’t based in reality and that trample on my individual freedoms. I ignore a lot of bullshit every day. 😉 You’d likely suffer a prolapsed vagina if you knew how much I ignore in the course of a day. 😉.

BTW she was in the wrong period. Its a shame they chose to push the issue due to fear and liability. Someone in the bank as a customer or employee could sue. Did I mention I think not much of lawsuits in general.
Bottom line she could have avoided this had she walked out and did it another way. Just like George Floyd or whatever that dead dumb azz name is and others like him.
I think it was an LEO with an attitude personally. But thats just me.
OTOH going into a bank when you can do a drive through is dumb to me too. Less exposure to people is the best bet for people IMHO. It even helps with diseases etc...and maybe even covid

But they would never follow orders and take my guns. They're great guys who follow an oath lol Yep. Anyone who has convinced themselves that the federal, state, or local constabulary won't promptly, and gleefully, enforce ANY gun-control mandate is delusional. Yes, I'm aware of the immediate knee-jerk, tut-tutting response: "There are simply too many guns in private hands for that to happen," or "There would be a blood bath were that to occur." Really? For those of you old enough, remember Kent State or, going even further back, the federal government's brutal response to the 1932 Bonus Expeditionary Force. I think it unnecessary to cite innumerable other examples of how rapidly inconvenient oaths were jettisoned.

How else do active duty LE remove a trespasser Who refuses to leave ?
The cop was most likely off duty and working for the bank... .

They gave her plenty of notice and opportunity to comply or vacate the premises. She chose to be a Karen.
I hate mask as much as anyone but private property can stipulate their own rules. like no shoes, no shirt etc. You can chose to abide by their rules or do biz somewhere else.
They should have took her by the arm and escorted her outside and let her go. She's ultimately responsible for showing her backside. In my view kinda like the NFL. You want to make a statement do it on your own time and property.

Mask are stupid. I don’t wear one where I can get by with it. If pressed, I’ll do my business elsewhere. IF they have my money, for example, I’ll play long enough get what’s mine and get out - never to return. OP and others are dumbasses looking for outrage. Oh yeah, mandates aren’t laws. Neither are a bank manager's rules. Now we no longer have the rights to set the rules for our businesses and private property? You sir, are a true communist progressive.

Oh yeah, mandates aren’t laws. Neither are a bank manager's rules. Rte is not up to speed with the fact it ain't the managers rules but his employers and property owners rules ...the manager being authorized agent thereof to enforce them.

The idiots on the left calling everyone racist are winning that race. Yep..... In the English language we use words and collections of words (phrases, sentences, etc) as a way to communicate thoughts and ideas. Using a single word, like sheep, to describe the idiots that blindly follow others is easier and just as accurate as a long-winded, multi-worded dissertation. There’s no better analogy than sheep when describing those that blindly follow the crowd, often to their own peril. In this day and age it’s common for the Karens of the world to feign indignation and “suffer” offense at the use of certain words. Apparently we’ve identified another Karen....another sheep....another dumb ass. 😂 If my use of the word sheep when describing mindless followers offends it’s likely because it’s applicable. If I unintentionally offended anyone....too fugging bad. If I intentionally offended anyone....I don’t fugging care. 😂

The bank is a private business. They have a right to demand that customers wear a mask. If you don't want to go by their rules, then don't go into the bank.
