Absoulote control of all 3 branches and a lapdog scotus .
Constitution will be tailored to their means and ratified by 36 minon states.

The way it was explained to me was let's say [bleep] is pres. She picks x for vp. Majority of both house and senate needs to approve. Since their is no VP , no tie breaker.
So basically the way it stands, they need to do it before the midterms. Good chance they will lose the house. Downside for them, biden won't have served for 2 years so [bleep] can't have a chance at 10.
Not that it matters, they always have dominion in the swing states
