There has been a call for gun control ever since RFK was assassinated in 1968, where has it gone in 53 years N-O-W-H-E-R-E ! Millions and millions more guns and gun owners since 1968, nowhere near enough to enforce a ban of any kind. I don't see registration or taxation going anywhere either. Given enough rope and Joe and the 'Ho will hang themselves, it's starting already within their own party. Come mid-term elections and the Dems are in for a rude awakening just like Clinton and Obama before them. Right... Here we have restrictive AW ban. Background check on ammo. Virtually no online ammo shipment to homes. 10 round mag limit. DOJ approved handgun list. One handgun a month purchase...etc None of that existed in 1968. The polar opposite of “going nowhere” And hold all the wisea$$ CA comments... cause it’s coming for you too. What exactly do you think is needed to “enforce” a ban? The law is passed with no regard to you and now your sheet is taboo.

I don't see how we don't end up with another Clinton era ban. The new legislation will go beyond that. I don’t see them putting another sunset clause in it. I think they probably learned a thing or two about thumb hole stocks ect as work arounds too. What I think they’ll really push for and it’s a worst case scenario for us as pro 2a is national registration. Either outright or de facto through mandatory NICS checks for all transfers. Obviously imports and parts kits will be banned if they get that far and likely restrictions on what can be made and sold domestically.

With all the new ‘D’ gun owners, it’ll be interesting.
Tim Pool is a good example. Went and bought his first gun last year, got training and is now a huge 2A guy. He has bought several guns and will not give them up - his words.
Look him up. You guy’s will love him... doubtful. D are Libs. They are good with if it saves one child kind of thing. Common sense. You don't need an assault weapon, you only need your deer rifle or bye dens double barrel shotgun and a few blanks...
