Had my left knee replaced on Tuesday. Without question the recovery is the most pain and misery I have ever endured. Does not hurt much at rest but any kind of movement is another matter entirely. Neighbor actually came over to check what the hell was going on, he could hear my yowling it was so loud. Nurses and staff were wonderful, everyone of them. Start PT tomorrow morning. Eager to go. Lets get to the rat killin',,,,,,

Your knee is going to be fine . It's all about how much range of motion you get back .

Move that knee as often as you can. Stretch it out and when it starts hurting pull it some more. Walk walk walk. Pull it back and straighten it out every time you think about it. Pull, pull, pull. Did I mention walking?

My wife had 4 surgeries on same knee, last was a full replacement. She didn't push herself on pt this last time, & it really shows. Don't make the mistake she did.

As I've said before. Work your azz off on the PT. I was actually mule deer hunting in N. Colorado 6 weeks after my replacement. Good luck. George
