I have buddies who put fresh cut cedar in a bag along with their clothes. Not sure if it helps at all, but they do it anyway.

I have done this and also make a strong tea with whatever is common where I am hunting and aromatic like: pine, sage, cedar, spruce, etc. I spray this on for storage and again before hunting. Seems worthwhile for bow hunting plus the added advantage most of these repel moths from wool. One of the Field & Stream K-9 tests indicated cover scents worked better than scent eliminators.

The ozone generator could reduce washings but be careful about synthetics and rubber items and also shoes. Ozone is what causes closet rot of shoes which has destroyed several pairs of mine. Use it briefly for storage and then right before wearing an item, not for long periods of time.
