Who has the newest Leica trinovids? Do you think they are the best at that price point?

Thanks

Tried a pair of 10x42 and 8x42 when they first came out. You could definitely do worse but IMO they're not in the running of best at that price point. I think the Meostar, Conquest HD, and Toric are all noticeably better. The Trinovid before this model was allot better if you can find one of those

I have had Leica Trinovid 8x42 for 4 years. Top notch binos. If you can tell the difference between them and the ones TXH listed, you have better eyes than most. Happy Trails

Most people who had used both can and do agree with TXhunter80. Leica hasn't had an original idea in years. Kinda like Vortex.

It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.

Yeah, except most of the Vortex line is poorly made in China. Never had both flavors of Trinovid to compare anyway. I doubt there are any original ideas in optics anymore except cluttered up reticles and more gizmos to schit the bed. Maybe optics are bigger and better in Tejas. 🤣🤣🤣

Vortex is doing some pretty fantastic things. The UHDs Razors are definitely good glass. The 12X50 UHD Razors are right there. Big as a house but right there. The Vortex Tripods that just came out are pretty darned good. Might compare them with RRS stuff if you think that they are priced too high. You might find out some interesting things if you look at them closely together.

Leica Trinovids are pretty good and I would have liked to get some of the Retrovid 7X35s but alas if was for not.

Nikon HG 10X42s are probably better than the Lecias.
