It seems the travel industry is asking the Biden administration for it as several countries are having discussions about reopening their borders. Canada, as an example, is considering the passport as one additional method to try to contain the spread of Covid. I would be glad to get one if it means reopening the border for me and all the other US fishermen wanting to make the trip North.
Northwest Ontario doesn't have the medical facilities to deal with a large outbreak of Covid. As much as I want to go fishing in Canada, I understand their reluctance to reopen without some restrictions.

If a I got a Covid shot card is required to travel or go out to eat, guess I'll have to stick to hunting and fishing and eating my wifes cooking. Could be a lot worse!!!

Inevitable IMHO. Some New England sporting camps are requiring it for this season. The cynic in me wonders which politician's connections get the contract! In the interim I am putting a picture of my card on my phone along with my licenses.

all this crap is driven by the myth that covid is deadly. It's just more government panic porn, and the sheep are more than willing to buy into it. Death rate for Covid in America is about .001 of the entire population. Even that number has been manipulated, and the real IFR is probably more like .0002, Obesity deaths are nearly the same as the claimed 'rona deaths, and no one is saying we need a BMI passport.

If it is, it is secondarily so to your Driver's License or other State issued ID required for any major financial transaction, or even cashing a check. It seems there are getting to be a plethora of "marks" out there.
