for another sack of oysters it's been a minute but i believe these were butter, green onion, parmesan, and hot sauce close up before going on the grill these are ready this is a batch of chargrilled oysters (like drago's- butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese) and raw for the finale. dash of hot sauce if you must. or a saltine. definitely a good, cold beer to go with

I like em better than the Louisiana oysters. appalach always had the best. i'm not sure how the industry is after all the storms. the bayou (murder point oysters) has been good.

There's nothing like raw cold water oysters.
If you put Taco Bell sauce in your ramen noodles it tastes just like poverty

Isnt it like biting into a booger? A lot of folks don't bite them, for some reason...

I love raw oysters, but the cooked ones gross me out. Go figure.
Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

Lately, been thinking about 2 dozen ice cold Alabama Murder Points or Long Island Blue Points, cocktail sauce made with XXXX hot horse radish to blow out your sinuses and a bucket of iced Augustiner Brau Edelstoffs.
