for another sack of oysters

it's been a minute but i believe these were butter, green onion, parmesan, and hot sauce

this is a batch of chargrilled oysters (like drago's- butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese)

appalach always had the best. i'm not sure how the industry is after all the storms. the bayou (murder point oysters) has been good.

salty if the water is good. lots of folks can't get past the raw part. i've ate them fried since i was a kid. was a teenager before i downed the first raw.

Lately, been thinking about 2 dozen ice cold Alabama Murder Points or Long Island Blue Points, cocktail sauce made with XXXX hot horse radish to blow out your sinuses and a bucket of iced Augustiner Brau Edelstoffs.

I can eat 8 fried oysters and feel like I should stop, but I can eat 20 raw on a saltine with Tabasco and be fine.
Used to be able to down fried oysters all night.

i think it's the breading. place near here serves good fried pork chops, but as soon as you finish it, you're done.
