Nice "krabs" you scraped up.

Our 16 yo select baseball team had finished a tournament in Bossier City, La many years ago. Kids were starving so...China Buffet it was. I think it was about 8:30 or so and the bigs had come out to play. OMG. I’ve never seen so many grossly obese people in my life. They must show up and out at all the big buffets late in evening to meet w others similar. Our kids had apparently never seen anything like it. My wife either. Holy smoke.

Ah, yes, who can't appreciate the finer things in life now and then? Genuine frozen pollock with red dye #3 with crab guts flavoring along with all manner of other far Eastern delicacies? Props for going easy on the carbs on your 1st plate. R50, you need to resist the rice, noodle and dough based dishes until plate 3 if you want to at least break even. wink Last time I was at a 'Chinese' buffet was with my brother totally 'faced. Between plates 2 & 3 we both loaded up on piles of 'fresh ocean clams steamed w/scallion and black bean sauce'. Withiin 10 minutes we were both yakking. Him in the restroom and me in the parking lot. Which turned out to be rather advantageous, as it made room for about 3 more plates and couple more rounds of Suffering Bastards. On the way out we see a couple waitstaff at a table on their lunch break eating a pizza from next door. It was perfect. You cats are hilarious. Do keep up the good work, please!

I cant do seafood down here.

I can do steamer clams.
Fried clams with the bellies
Lobster
Haddock
Mahi mahi

Tuna from a can.

No place in the states can do beef or pork bulgogi right with sticky rice.

No going back to the ROK for a 4th time.

Just make do if It is out for consumption at a buffet.

This is the only one in town now.

The other converted to a all you can eat crab leg place.
5 or 6 different types.

Homie dont eat crab.

I have lots of friends who make their living fishing up here. You get a hankerin' for steamers this summer just hit me. It'd be my pleasure to overnight 10 lbs of blue beauties fresh out of the mud for you boys to enjoy. Only catch is a few pics. Dead up. As far as legit bulgogi and authentic, dynamite K food outside the 45th parallel area you spent time serving in, if you ever are local to me I'll treat you to a place or two that'll rival that from the old country. Seriously.

Greeter tried to put me and slumlord by the service area with all the waitresses going in and out .

Told her I wasnt going to sit by the service station.
Put us some place else.

Made a comment.
" nobody puts baby in the corner.
Ticked off the freakzoid half purple haired slobovian greeter girl.
Only white person working in the whole place.
People at 2 tables were laughing about the baby corner comment.

Dont know why they dont put one of the cute asian kitten waitresses as the greeter.
Seems like common sense to have some eye candy up front instead of some millenial overweight freak...

Better ambiance if such a thing can be had at a chinese buffet one would think.
