I've been selling a lot of stuff here and there for a friend's estate. My buddy passed 2 years ago and most of his hunting related stuff is gone.....except for his book collection. Most of it is war books, a few hunting, reloading etc....
I tried the Navy, they never got back to me (a lot of warship stuff) . I don't trust the VA hospital here in NYC, they will probably throw them out.
Anyone have any ideas?

Post them in the classifieds with a reasonable shipped price.

Post them and then find a Library that will use them or sell what they don't want with the rest.

@richj, Books can be shipped through the USPS as media mail for a reduced rate.
I like war books, non-fiction preferred.

I've got a list of about 192 books. I'm going to break them in categories. I know I have:
History of the US naval operations in WW2 14 volumes ( I think 1 volume is missing of 15)
WW1 WW2 Gun Books Civil War Bios Vietnam Navy / Ships Airplanes

It sounds like a good many would sell here.
