The gf was sick but said she was better. Came over, didn't appear well at all. Few days later i thought I had a cold, then next day got fever. Day after that my son got a fever. Had to take him to get tested so he could return to school when better. I tested too since I was at doctor with him. Both positive.
I call the gf and tell her she gave us covid. She is in denial and said "nope, i don't have a fever." 🙄
I said that she should at least isolate, she said no, still went to work, and is planning on flying to vegas this weekend. I told her that was selfish, and she said "I'm fine" 🙄
Dr wouldn't prescribe anything, even though I have asthma. Luckily I have lung meds for my son and I. I also started ivermectin.
It went from a cold to feeling hungover. Chills, headache, sweating...and it comes in waves. Odd virus for sure.

I got lectured for not getting the vaccine. I told her I was not sold on mRNA vaccines. She then tells me they've been in use for a couple hundred years. 🙄

Thanks, they gave zero perspective on how long this will last etc. It’s fickle for sure. I was positive for several weeks and had no symptoms whatsoever. Strange.

First symptoms, please. Then tell us the exact progression of symptoms specifically. Thanks. I hope you both get through it without a problem. Most do.

A good friend texted me last night he tested positive. He said he went to the ER because his lips were turning purple and he had trouble breathing. He has asthma too. Awhile later he texted and said he had pneumonia also.

The doctors are saying now that you must have all the symptoms at the same time to diagnose COVID. The fast test is not reliable. I went in yesterday for the second shot. The robots (nurses) asked three different times "have you had any other vaccinations" it sounds like they are concerned with mixed symptoms.
