I've been looking for a Kimber America Custom Classic.

One came up on Gunbroker last week that I bid up to $2700. Final selling price was over $3500! That rifle sold new for about $1500 if I remember correctly.

Yesterday morning on poking around on Gunbroker I came across a Kimber Oregon Custom Match which had just been listed literally minutes before I logged on with a buy now price of $2000. These rifles typically command $5000 or more.

Gunbroker #897354403 if you'd like to see it.

Almost broke my thumbs trying to hit the Buy Now fast enough.

Congratulations on finally being able to snag one. It's a pretty little Kimber.

Nice rifle. I have a Kimber "S" series that I like quite well. Someday I'd like to find a nice Dakota 22 LR. A high end 22 is the epitome of class in the squirrel woods.

I lean toward the different spectrum of 'high end'. And think there is more meat on rabbits....

That makes two on GI now with that same price tag.

The first has been on there for a bit, no takers.

That seller has a nice Kimber 22 Hornet as well. I'm not sure it's a $3800 rifle however.

Seems like some knowledgeable folks here on Kimber 22 rifles. Could someone give me info on this rifle. This is a fantastic set-up and wildly accurate shooting 40 grain bullets. I’m not sure about Yonkers vs Oregon built rifles. The scope and rifle is a perfect combo. I can’t find them on Gunbroker to see value as I’m curious.

Kimber of Oregon .22 is a fantastic rifle. I liked mine far better than my Anschutz. Impeccable workmanship and accuracy. Deeply regret selling it.

Those of you looking for nice Kimbers might peruse the current RIA auction that starts in about an hour as well as their next sale in 2 weeks. Some exceptionally nice pieces.
Nick, your gun is a Kimber K22 Classic Varmint. They are great rifles and should sell for $1000 or more. I have 2 of them in 17hm2 and they are real performers in the ground squirrel fields.

Thanks. I’m not selling I’ve been curious what it was worth. I’ve owned it for a few years now.
