I'm sorry to say the hazmat fee is $27.50 per shipment . I would look to see if there is any other powder you need to ease the pain of the hazmat fee. If not I will pick up the shipping. So send $58.50 to-R.L.Fowler-P.O.Box 309-Blue Ridge, Ga.30513....... I prefer USPS money order. Thanks
