Camp9K - how did your hunt turn out? I have a 4th season cow elk permit for that unit...

Camp9k - I am looking at doing something similar during this up coming season and would like to hear how your trip turned out.

Did you apply for 67 1st rifle in the draw? How many points do you have?

I would say if you want a decent camp get there early and be courteous about the camp you choose( even though many would not return the favor) as some may need more room than you do! Do not even think about taking ATV off road as I am sure you know. Like others have said, keep the walkabouts in the back country before season at a minimum , if at all. Do your scouting with a map! Good luck, dudes!
