What grease do you use for the pivot pin on your over and under shotgun?

White lithium, fishing reel grease ...or?

Thanks!

Oil or Grease is the question....

Prefer Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil...Grease is fine as long as it flows and is replaced on a regular basis, since it can entrap debris that may grind. And if it flows then one may as well use a good oil...

However, did know a guy who lathered up his Beretta with lithium and got 200,000 out of it...But he cleaned it off and reapplied it frequently...Same with a quality oil..clean and reapply frequently.

Another vote for STP. A quart will last approximately 100 years, plus or minus.

Thanks guys!

Gotta get my CZ lube up a bit. It's pretty dry from the factory.

I have something called "Hinge Pin Jelly" that seems to work pretty well. I use it for hinge pins, bow limb bolts, lube for my roll crimper(shotshells) ust about anything that just requires a finger tip of lube.

I use Loctite Super Lube.

Recommended by a buddy of mine who shoots Kreighoff, Perazzi, Ljutic, Seitz, etc. Figured it was good enough for my club.

STOS.

I use it for sizing lube, fishing reels and anything else that needs a little coat of lubricant.
