I heard about that, but hadn't seen the pics until you posted them.
In spite of the iv s stuperior knowledge of human development, I have to say that this is the first time I have ever seen someone change ear lobe design. I expect a thickening with age and bulbous nose, but not the features you pointed out.
I heard that the Obomination is pulling the strings, but I think there's so many strings that they're getting tangled.
