It sounds way out in left field to me. Any brave soul ever try it?

Mmmm...Nothin' hits the spot like a nice hot bowl of bird spit.

I haven't yet been hungry enough to settle for bird spit and poop soup. I'm sure it's "Good for man" or whatever, but I don't GAF.

When I was in high school I bussed tables and washed dishes at a Chinese restaurant. Lets just say their pantry was full of interesting things including the packaged nests. I only saw them make it a couple of times and both times it was Asian families eating it. Just looking at the dirty nest in the package was enough to keep me from trying it. The hands down best thing in that pantry were the five gallon buckets of shelled cashew nuts, which I may have taste tested once and a while.
Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

Kinda like egg fried rice, But the poached egg version? With noodles? In soup? It sounds way out in left field to me. Any brave soul ever try it?
