It is. I’m thinking “small game” pistol, maybe even turkeys at some point. Max load is 30gr, but half that should do forbunnues and squirrels. The lack of a half-cock notch is inconvenient, but not insurmountable. The trigger is awesome.

This looks good. I have always liked the saw handle looks of the grip on these. I have a couple of inline handguns which have the same grip angle of a 1911A1. This looks different. Do you guys hammer the ramrod after seating the roundball in your muzzleloaders? Be Well, RustyZipper.

I remember the old H&A "Boot" pistol from way back. Used to occasionally get em in at the shop, used. They were not near as nice as the pedersoli. Good catch Pappy!!!

Thanks, Bob. Can’t wait to shoot it, but there are turkeys to deal with first, conventionally for now. I’m thinking that later on, a RB over 30gr of FFF might just do the trick on Ol’ Tom.
Workmanship is first rate, as it should be at that price. Only live once, so they say anyway.
